My Why
Quantum Health Hacks wasn’t built in a laboratory. It was built through decades of adversity, relentless curiosity, and a lifelong pursuit of human performance.
As a child, I struggled with significant hearing loss until nearly four years old. Later, I faced undiagnosed ADHD while pushing through school and eventually earning a Master’s degree in Econometric Forecasting in 2003—before AI and modern learning tools transformed education. Those early challenges taught me perseverance, resilience, and the belief that limitations don’t have to define your future.
Athletics became another proving ground. I walked onto the Oklahoma State University Division I football team despite never having played organized football before. I went on to become an NPC Iron Games bodybuilding champion, ran a 4.5-second 40-yard dash, completed a 3hrs 43 minutes marathon at approximately 220 pounds with virtually no marathon-specific training, and later served as a combat infantry officer and combat veteran, where physical and mental resilience became a way of life.
My journey has also included years of personal health challenges and environmental exposures that forced me to rethink everything I believed about recovery, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and optimizing human performance. Along the way, I met individuals who introduced me to powerful protocols and recovery methods, including the teams at Revolution Hyperbarics in Tulsa, Kevin and Veronica, as well as Dori at Prairie Hills healthI—each playing a role in expanding my understanding of what’s possible in healing and performance. That journey became even more urgent when my own family was affected—especially my son, who was exposed to a home environment contaminated with microbial toxins, including Stachybotrys and Ochratoxin A, and suffered numerous infections and health complications as a result. Watching him struggle raised a deeper question that continues to drive me: why are we allowing environments that harm our health, especially our children, to go unrecognized or unaddressed?
Through all of this, the person who made everything possible and pulled me out of what once felt like an unrecoverable situation was my wife, Shar. Her strength, support, and belief in me became the foundation that allowed me to keep moving forward when everything else felt uncertain. She has been a constant source of resilience, perspective, and purpose throughout this journey.
Rather than accepting limitations or unanswered questions, I became obsessed with understanding how the body heals, adapts, and performs at its highest level—and how to identify and mitigate hidden environmental threats that impact long-term health.
Service and innovation have always been part of my family’s story. My father served as a U.S. Army Special Forces Psychological Operations officer, teaching me from an early age the importance of discipline, adaptability, leadership, and the power of the human mind. My grandfather, Robert G. Reed, was a co-inventor on pioneering North American Rockwell radome composite technology and held multiple engineering patents. His work helped advance aerospace materials and radar technology and inspired my lifelong passion for questioning conventional thinking, solving complex problems, and continually searching for better answers.
Quantum Health Hacks is the result of that lifelong journey.
It combines the discipline forged through military service, the lessons learned through athletics, the analytical mindset developed through graduate education, and a passion for innovation inspired by my family’s military and engineering heritage.
My mission is simple:
To help people optimize their health, maximize their performance, and build greater resilience through practical strategies, innovative wellness technologies, continuous learning, and evidence-informed approaches to healthy living—while also raising awareness about environmental factors that can silently undermine health.
Adversity built my resilience.
Service shaped my character.
Innovation inspired my thinking.
And protecting my family—and being supported by my wife—gave me a deeper purpose.
Quantum Health Hacks is where those paths come together.
